I received my order of televisions at my office today. Thank you! They were right on time!!!!! I am remodeling my hotel and bed and breakfast. I have sent in a order with Debbie for Desk top computers(HP). I also sent in a order for some A/C units with Cynthia.Cynthia stated she needed correct sizes. Once I get the measuements from my husband I will submit them to Debbie or Cynthia.Thank You for your info!!!! I recently purchased an Amana microwave from FFE and did so on December 31st. When I called customer service about the order the lady was very pleasant and actually called me back to update me. She then called again the next day to insure the item arrived on time and to see if there were any problems. The pricing, ease of use on the website and top notch customer service makes it a definite that I will go to FFE first for my next purchase.

Overall the shooping expierience was outstanding. The only complaint I have is that the order tracking was not kept up to date. I had to e-mail the retailer (easy through the webstie) on two occasions. they were very quick to respond with the correct information. I would shop here again without hesitiation!

Exactly what I wanted when I wanted it! Shipping was fantastic and just about overnight without the charges. I had accidentally put in the wrong zip code for shipping. Called and got immediate customer service after I had emailed the night before...they had already changed it and had the microwave on the way to me. Amazing...no shipping fee, no sales tax.
